Faulkner Real Estate announced in early November 2015, that Baptist Healthcare System Inc. (Baptist Health) had signed a new lease of approximately 24,000 square feet at Landis Lakes TowneCenter at the intersection of Shelbyville Rd and South English Station Rd in suburban Louisville, represented by Jeff Dreher and Rick Ashton of Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Kentucky. Baptist Health plans to use this location for a variety of administrative and support services.
The Landis Lakes TowneCenter area offers an assortment of retail and office space on a 9.3-acre neighborhood center complex. This “mixed-use development,” all owned and managed by Faulkner Real Estate, was built in 2003 and includes two full service restaurants, shops, and both medical and general office space.
