Fred has extensive experience in the operation and management of commercial real estate businesses specializing in development, finance, investments, site selection, sales, leasing, property management, and asset management. Before he established Faulkner Real Estate in 1996 (formerly known as Faulkner Hinton & Associates, Inc.), he was president of HFH Commercial Properties, Inc., from 1988 to 1996. Pprior positions also include development/operational executive for a regional real estate development company and broker for a Louisville-based commercial real estate brokerage company. Fred has a Bachelor Degree from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Kentucky. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
